Today we had a large group visit Stones Throw for the first time. We had local friends that have not been here before. The ambiance, staff, and food well exceeded anything in the area. As a steakhouse the NY Strip was amazing. The appetizer of Birrata cheese was again amazing. We had a special occasion and they brought out an exceptional key lime pie with writing on the plate out of syrup. The service from the time walking in the door was exceptional. Our waiter (Brandon) met us at the door and seated us. We had a large group and Brandon was thorough, explained any questions, and added a flair to being a waiter that I have not seen. He was professional, fun and accommodating. I highly recommend. The garlic mashed potatoes! Our group had scallops with the jam that were perfectly cooked. All of the adult drinks were made and served with excellence. Thank you Brandon for making our night that much more special. Please visit and ask for Brandon, the laughs, comedy, and professionalism that he balances is top tier. Even if you are farther than a Stones Throw away, you better visit this gem.

Went on Father’s Day, we have never dined here before. My husband and I have stopped in for a drink and appetizer before which was very good so I made dinner reservations. Service was good. We ordered the Tuna Wonton for an app, it was very good, definitely recommend that. My husband ordered the filet, medium-well, it came out medium rare, the steak was stacked on the mashed potatoes and asparagus, so all those justice covered everything. Once our waitress came back around, informed her and she took it back to get him a new one. The manager did offer a complimentary drink to my husband for the inconvenience. The new one was better around the edges but the middle was still very much medium rare. At that point my husband was just done with the meal and being there. He did share with the waitress before we left and she said she would get her manager but he was just done and wanted to leave. My son ordered a medium-rare filet and my husband ordered a medium-well filet, the picture attached is two different steak leftovers we took home but you cannot tell the difference.

Joshua was an excellent server/waiter. Had a wonderful time at this location excellent service excellent food I urge anybody who's looking for a great restaurant to go to to try this location.

I have mixed emotions about our experience here as the food was good. We shared the Burrata appetizer which for $16 was a small portion. I had the Pork Tomahawk and my wife had the Hunters Chicken. The Tomahawk was huge and delicious. I substituted the mixed veg with the Brussels Sprouts which were amazing. My wife’s chicken was just ok, the menu said pan seared but it was fairly bland. My reason for 4 starts is the price is very high for what you get and the service was below average. I would recommend for a special night out but personally for the price I would go elsewhere.

If you’re looking for a spot that truly delivers, you need to check out Stone’s Throw. Our neighbors had been talking this place up for months, and let me tell you… it absolutely did not disappoint. We started with the Brussels sprouts, and they were incredible. Even if you’re not a fan, you’ve got to try these—they’ll change your mind. For the entrée, we went with the surf and turf New York strip for two, and it was next level. The mashed potatoes with goat cheese were rich and packed with flavor. The green beans? Honestly the best I’ve ever had—perfectly seasoned. The lobster tail and shrimp were phenomenal, especially with that butter dipping sauce. And the blue cheese on the steak… that’s a must. Completely out of this world. On top of all that, the service was incredible and the atmosphere was spot on. We sat outside, and it was one of those perfect Florida nights that just made the whole experience even better. Do yourself a favor—go check it out… and thank me later.
